Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") apply to every mobile application published by SAVRIY ("we", "us", "our"), to this website, and to any content and features provided through them (together, the "Services"). Our apps are distributed through the App Store and Google Play.

By installing or using the Services, you ("you", "the user") agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not install or use the Services.

1. Related documents

Our Privacy Policy describes what information our apps collect, how it is used and protected, and what choices you have. It forms part of these Terms, and by accepting these Terms you confirm you have read it.

2. Licence to use the Services

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use our apps on devices you own or control, for your own personal use. This licence does not transfer any ownership to you.

You may not:

• copy, sell, rent, sublicense, or otherwise redistribute the Services or their content;
• modify, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to derive the source code of an app;
• remove or alter any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notice;
• use the Services in a way that breaks the law or interferes with other users.

3. Content and intellectual property

Text, audio, images, design, and software in the Services are owned by us or by our licensors and are protected by copyright and other laws. Religious, educational, and official reference material included in our apps — such as scripture, translations, and traffic regulations — belongs to its respective rights holders and is provided for personal study and reference only.

We work to keep such content accurate, but we do not guarantee it. Nothing in our apps is legal, medical, financial, or professional advice. For official matters, always rely on the official source.

4. Your content

Anything you create inside an app — habits, notes, recordings, bookmarks — stays yours and stays on your device. Because we do not store it, you are responsible for backing it up. Uninstalling an app or clearing its data deletes that content permanently.

5. Age requirements

Our Services are intended for users aged 13 and over. If you are under 18 (or the age of majority where you live), you may use the Services only with the consent of a parent or guardian, who also agrees to these Terms on your behalf.

6. Purchases and subscriptions

Some apps offer optional paid features, one-time purchases, donations, or subscriptions. All payments are processed by Apple or Google through your store account — we do not collect, access, or store any card or bank details.

Prices are shown in the app before you confirm. Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel them at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; you can manage or cancel them in your App Store or Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by the store under its own policy. Any applicable taxes, bank charges, or data-connection costs are your responsibility.

7. Availability and changes

We may add, change, or remove features, or discontinue an app entirely, at any time. We may also update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and continuing to use the Services after an update means you accept the change.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including any warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any content in them is complete or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in question during the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the apps. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services unlawfully. Termination does not affect any payment already due.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. You agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Uzbekistan.
